The nature of a project can be easily defined by using two fundamental factors that define a
project in the first place.
The first is that
it is only a blip on the radar. To determine this factor, a project must have
an end point or period. It should be temporary, similar to a process that is
expected to end at some point rather than a long-term business venture.
Second, it has a
one-of-a-kind quality to it. A project must have a distinguishing feature that
sets it apart from others. It reveals the project's true motivation and
mentality.
